Return & Exchange Policy

The product will be replaced/returned only if it is damaged. The client will have to take the video while opening the parcel Without proof no replacement will be done.

Payment will be refunded only if the product is damaged and the client has a video of opening the sealed parcel. Without a video-proof, a refund will not be approved.

The refund process will be completed in 12-15 working days.
